At Maison Kempt, we are committed to delivering exceptional white-glove cleaning services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every service meets our high standards.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

​

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean any missed or unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

 

Refund Eligibility

​

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not typically provided once a service has been completed. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Service was not completed as agreed
• Significant issues were reported within the 24-hour window
• Re-clean has been offered, but is not possible

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
• Issues not reported within 24 hours
• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Dissatisfaction outside the agreed scope of service

 

Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service
• Rescheduling with proper notice will retain your deposit
